Welcome to Sonar! By using our Telegram trading bot and related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Sonar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use Sonar. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using leveraged derivatives is legal in your jurisdiction. The Services are not available to persons or entities in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions.

3. Nature of the Services Sonar is a software interface that allows users to interact with the Ostium protocol and other decentralized protocols on the Arbitrum blockchain via Telegram. Sonar is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Ostium Labs, Telegram, or any protocol it interacts with. Sonar does not operate an exchange, hold customer deposits as a financial institution, or act as a broker.

4. Wallets & Private Keys When you create a wallet through Sonar, your private key is displayed to you once and then stored in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM) to enable trade execution. You are solely responsible for saving and securing your private key. Anyone with access to your private key controls the associated funds. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or restore funds sent to wrong addresses.

5. Trading Risks Trading leveraged perpetual contracts involves a high risk of loss, up to the total loss of your funds. Leverage of up to 200x amplifies both gains and losses; positions can be liquidated rapidly. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge that you trade entirely at your own risk and that Sonar provides no financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes a recommendation to enter any transaction.

6. Fees & Payments Sonar may charge a fee on trade execution, displayed before confirmation. Network (gas) fees and protocol fees are set by third parties and are outside our control. All fees are non-refundable. Referral payouts are calculated and paid at our discretion according to the program rules in effect.

7. Prohibited Use You agree to use Sonar only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services for money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity, nor attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or access the Services in unauthorized ways.

8. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and technology of Sonar are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to Sonar at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason, including legal or security concerns. Termination of access does not affect your on-chain assets: you retain control of any wallet whose private key you have saved.

10. Disclaimers Sonar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any trade will execute at any particular price. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party protocols (including Ostium), blockchains, oracles, or Telegram.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonar and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses, liquidations, lost profits, or loss of funds — arising out of your use of the Services.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the bot or our website. Continued use of Sonar means you accept the new Terms.
