Trades and swaps are executed on public blockchains (Arbitrum) — on-chain data such as wallet addresses and transactions is public by nature. 5. Data Security Private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and we apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Your private key is displayed once at wallet creation — store it safely; anyone with access to it controls the associated funds.

6. Your Rights You may access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Deleting your data does not affect records already settled on public blockchains, which are immutable.

7. Data Retention We retain your information as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy Sonar is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
